- Heating of the internal mass by contact with the walls of the enclosure without the introduction of air into the product
- Heating with atmospheric pressure burner and recirculation of process air with consequent energy saving.
The product roasting process is managed by dedicated software that allows setting and storing numerous recipes for various roasted products.
